Regulation

1. The 4th “RED MAN” International Humour Art Biennial of China is Organised by China Red man International Art Center.

2. The contest is open to all artists worldwide.

3. Section :  
Ⅰ CARTOON:
(A). Clown
(B). Free

Ⅱ CARICATURE:
(A). Marilyn Monroe
(B). Free

Ⅲ COMIC STRIP: 
Free

Ⅳ ANIMATED MOVIE: 
Free

4. Entries: unlimited number of works.

5. The size of the works should be unbounded.

6. Works whether they have been awarded in other contests previously will be accepted.

7. Participators should submit the original works. Digital prints and photocopies will not be accepted.

8. Technique and medium of works are unlimited, painting, Printmaking, Watercolor, Mixed are all acceptable.

9. First name, Last name, Address, Email, Telephone number should be written on the revers. Accompanied by the author's self-made entry-form and biography.

10. Participators should specify which section whose works Participate in.

11. Authors should have full copyright and be responsible for all the legal responsibilities related to the productions copyright.

12. Organizer will not be responsible for any damage that may occur during postage and handling.

13. Deadline for entries is NOVEMBER, 15, 2012.

14. Judgment: DECEMBER, 25, 2012.
