REGULATION
One. Nature and scope of the hall
The 5th International Humor Exhibition of the Amazon-Trace want in Ecology insert itself in the events calendar mood of Brazil and the world, with order to stimulate and promote the production of graphic humorists. It important that this show of humor is a platform to show the graphical talent and critical of all cartoonists concerned with the problems ecological afflicting our planet, particularly the Amazon.

2nd. Deadlines
The 5th International Humor Exhibition of the Amazon - Ecology in the dash will conducted from April 26 to May 5, 2013, in Hangar - Center Convention Amazonia, Belem, Para, Brazil, within the programming XVII Pan Amazon Book Fair, and will also participate in the roaming Book Fair in the State of Para, according to the following deadlines:
a) Period of registration: 04 March to 4 April 2013;
b) Selection of works: April 6, 2013;
c) Disclosure of selected: April 8, 2013;
d) Opening and Awards Hall: April 26, 2013;
e) Ending Lounge (Belem-Para): May 5, 2013;

3rd. Arrangements and Selection
The Theme: Ecology (Required) - In this category are considered all unpublished cartoons that deal with environmental problems and have not been awarded in other events. 70 works will be selected.
Theme B: Free - In this category are considered all unpublished cartoons on any topic and have not been awarded in other events. 50 works will be selected.
Theme C: Caricature - In this category are considered to be all cartoons unreleased and any character recognized that have not been awarded in other events. 40 works will be selected.

4th. To participate
a) may attend artists and filmmakers of any nationality;
b) Cartoons and Caricatures:
Works are drawn or computer-scanned, 300 dpi, A3 or 30 x 40 cm, RGB, jpg (high or medium quality) obeying the maximum limit of 1.0 MB, will only be accepted unpublished works, which have not participated in other halls or festivals;
d) Complete the registration form with all the data of the participant: name full stage name, complete address with zip code, phones, email, RG, CPF, banking data, titles of works, production year, along with the attached works and send to email:

c) Each participant may submit to contest 02 (two) works by modalities:
1 - The Theme: Ecology;
2 - Theme B: Free;
3 - Theme C: Caricature;
d) To submit works / cartoons with Theme B: Free is mandatory participant works subscribe / cartoons in The Theme: Ecology;
e) It is forbidden the entry of cartoons and / or cartoons in selected editions Previous Humor Exhibition of the Amazon or other festivals and not are unprecedented;
f) The works related to Themes A, B and C described in Section 3 should be attached and sent with the completed registration form to the day April 4, 2013, 23:59 (GMT);

5th. The judging panel
a) The organization of the 5th Humor Exhibition of the Amazon will be a Commission Preselection indicate that the work that integrate the exhibition.
b) The Jury shall consist of five members of notorious competence;
c) The President of the Jury will be a guest artist especially for this purpose;
d) the Judging Committee responsible for the allocation of awards and honors Honours;
f) The decisions of the Jury and Pre-selection Committee will final and binding;

6th. And original works
a) will not be returned the works submitted for selection and will be part the collection of Humor Exhibition of the Amazon;
b) The Central Production - Film and Video at Amazon project director reserves the right to use any entry submitted at any time, for purposes of reporting the event and / or the realization of the project roaming by states and municipalities.
c) No work will be offered for sale or used for commercial purposes;
d) By submitting your registration form and the work (s) the participant accepts and agrees automatically with all the rules of the competition;
Eight. Copyright
a) The act of registration of a work automatically mean the transfer of their reproduction rights for noncommercial purposes;
